International Standards and International Coordination in the Field of the Social Security against Sickness

Abstract
|

|
To complete the social security against sickness it is on the one hand neccesary to provide an elaborate system of coordination in the field of social security. It should be persuit on the dimension of national law as well as international law.
On the other hand international committment of social security benefits should be comprehensively analysed to have implications for the national legislation.
This article aims to answer above questions. It will have implications for the freedom of movement for workers as well as for the improvement of national legislation.
